On September 9th, 2012, BTP held its second Community Cafe in the home of volunteer Emily.

Attendees were treated to lovely views of Lake Washington and delicious food, all in a good cause. Volunteers Kris, Katie, Eve, Emily, Heidi, Carla, Keith, Anne, and friends Noemie, Sarah, and Ellen (sorry if I forgot someone!) gathered ingredients, cooked, and served a feast including a mushroom and cheese strata, enchiladas and tofu scramble.

We grossed over $1200, so we can declare the event a great success.
